From a very young age, I've been deeply immersed in the ethos of hard work and dedication.
This commitment has been the cornerstone of our company as we strive every day to serve
our esteemed customers. At Hero Motors Company, we are driven by a singular mission—to
make it better. Whether it's lighter, more cost-effective, higher performing, or more
aesthetically pleasing, we are dedicated to improvement.
Our global partnerships with industry leaders like Sumitomo, Mitsui, and Yamaha, and our
strong customer base including BMW, Ducati, Suzuki, Toyota, Nissan, and Harley-Davidson,
are a testament to our capabilities. We pride ourselves on our presence across North
America, Europe, and Japan, always aiming to enhance our offerings.
I've learned from the best—my father, a dedicated worker who remained active on the shop
floor well into his 80s, has been my greatest inspiration. He taught me that true achievement
requires perseverance, and that negotiation is not merely an act but a science that involves
deep understanding and intuition.
Looking ahead, I see myself continuing this legacy of hands-on leadership, constantly
engaging with and serving our customers.
