ZF Hero Chassis Systems Pvt. Ltd.

ZF Hero Chassis Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a joint venture between Hero Motors Ltd and ZF, formed in February 2010. Its a Private Limited company under Indian law, co-owned 50% by ZF India Pvt Ltd (a subsidiary of ZF AG) and Hero Cycles Ltd. The venture focuses on developing chassis systems for vehicles, leveraging ZF's expertise in technology and Hero Motors' automotive experience.
